Information about the host
Our flats were lovingly built into an existing barn. It was important to us to use the most sustainable, ecological construction method possible. Old wood and other materials were reused. Freely according to the motto "Preserve the old, create the new". The well-being of our guests of all generations is very important to us.
You will find an opportunity for a cosy get-together in our lounge with fully automatic coffee machine.
We also have a small lending library. The flat on the ground floor was built barrier-free and is therefore also suitable for wheelchair users.
Three campsites with washing facilities and toilet facilities are available.
Our wellness offer includes an outdoor sauna, an infrared cabin with rest area and we also offer massages on request.

AN- UND ABREISE
Die Anreise ist zwischen 14:00 Uhr und 20:00 Uhr möglich gerne auch nach vorheriger Absprache.
Die Abreise sollte bis spätestens 10:00 Uhr erfolgen.
ZAHLUNGSINFORMATIONEN
Eine Anzahlung in Höhe von 50 % des Gesamtpreises ist innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach Buchung zu leisten.
Die Restzahlung ist bis spätestens 4 Wochen vor Anreise fällig.
Die Bankverbindung erhalten Sie separat per E-Mail nach erfolgter Buchung.
Bei kurzfristigen Buchungen:
Buchung weniger als 4 Wochen vor Anreise: Gesamtbetrag ist sofort fällig.
Buchung weniger als 3 Tage vor Anreise: Zahlung bitte bei Schlüsselübergabe in bar oder per Kartenzahlung.
STORNIERUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
Kostenfreie Stornierung bis 4 Wochen vor Anreise.
Bei einer späteren Stornierung fallen 90 % des Gesamtpreises als Stornogebühr an.
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise erfolgt keine Rückerstattung, ebenso bei Nichtanreise.
WEITERE INFORMATIONEN
Wir empfehlen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung.
Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass unser Haus ein Nichtraucherhaus ist.
