Holiday Home Dona Maria is a beautiful five-bedroom stone house situated on the island of Korčula, in the first row to the sea, located in a small seaside resort Prigradica on the island of Korcula.
This modern retreat is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and serene vacation.
The main feature of the house is the proximity of the sea, a beautiful heated swimming pool, a large terrace with a grill and a fantastic view of the sunset.
Relax in the comfortable deck chairs on the large terrace beside the pool or by the sea, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The house is spread across two floors and features 5 well-appointed bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, and 3 expansive terraces.
An outdoor fireplace adds to the charm, making it ideal for evening gatherings. Located just 20 meters from the sea, the property includes 4 parking spaces.
A local shop is just a 5-minute away, along with two restaurants and a café. For further exploration, Vela Luka is only 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Korčula is a short 35 minutes away.
