Welcome to Chiemgau One, your detached holiday home in the Achental valley with a fully fenced garden, mountain views, and a conservatory with a fireplace. The bungalow offers 75 m² for up to 6 people: two bedrooms with double beds and down bedding, a living room with a sofa bed and streaming TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and fast Wi-Fi are available throughout the house. The highlight: a large, fully fenced garden with a terrace and outdoor area. Ideal for families with children and dog owners looking for a safe space for their four-legged friends to roam. Private parking and bicycle storage are available directly at the house.

Visit Herreninsel with its impressive Herrenchiemsee Palace or the idyllic Fraueninsel with its charming monastery.

We are a warm and welcoming host couple – Sophie and Julius – with a deep connection to the region and a passion for hospitality.
Sophie grew up in the beautiful Chiemgau region and knows the area inside and out. Her roots and love for her homeland are reflected in every detail of our holiday home. Julius has dedicated his life to the hospitality industry and brings a wealth of experience in guest care and satisfaction.

- Take the A8 motorway towards Salzburg.
- Exit the A8 at junction 112 (Bernau am Chiemsee) and follow the B305 towards Grassau/Reit im Winkl.
- Follow the B305 through Bernau am Chiemsee and Grassau.
- In Marquarstein, turn right onto Tiroler Straße/B307.
- After about 1 km, turn left onto Freiweidacherstraße.
- Freiweidacherstraße 8a is on the right side at the end of the cul-de-sac.
From Salzburg:
- Take the A1 motorway and follow the A8 towards Munich.
- Exit the A8 at junction 112 (Bernau am Chiemsee) and follow the B305 towards Grassau/Reit im Winkl.
- Follow the B305 through Bernau am Chiemsee and Grassau.
- In Marquarstein, turn right onto Tiroler Straße/B307.
- After about 1 km, turn left onto Freiweidacherstraße.

Schönes Design, gute Raumaufteilung.
Das Bad ist sehr klein.
Es hat viel geregnet, dadurch war sehr viel Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung. Eventuell wäre ein Luftentfeuchtungsgerät gut? Als wir kamen roch es im Wohnzimmer sehr nach „nassem Hund“, das war eher unangenehm.
