Villa Sara is a seafront holiday home with garden in Torre Lapillo, for relaxing holidays in Salento.
Villa Sara has large outdoor and indoor areas and is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, mosquito nets, washing machine, barbecue, parking area and outdoor shower.
It accommodates up to 7 guests.

The villa is introduced by the seafront driveway and the porch with table, chairs and swing seat.

The villa consists of a living room with dining and seating area and a sofa bed, a kitchenette with access to the garden, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The surroundings of Villa Sara in Torre Lapillo Villa Sara is a by a tract of coast with free beach.
The centre of Torre Lapillo is less than 500 meters away, while the closest beach establishment is 1.5 kilometers away.
The majestic and suggestive tower, the symbol of the town, is 200 meters away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Air conditioner in the hallway near bedrooms.

Freistehendes Ferienhaus mit großem Grundstück vom Strand nur durch eine Schotterstraße getrennt.
Sehr netter Ansprechpartner vor Ort der sehr gut telefonisch und per Watts App erreichbar ist. Kommunikation ist in Englisch gut möglich. Grazie Marco!

Giardino, pochissimi metri dal, mare, freschezza casa, nuova.. Con poche accortezze diventerebbe spettacolare (tipo la doccia in casa, citofono e apertura cancello a distanza)
