Information about the host
Immerse yourself in the tranquillity of nature and switch off from the stressful everyday life. Our House is very quietly located on the outskirts of Flanitz/Frauenau, between the towns of Zwiesel and Frauenau, on a generous plot in a beautiful secluded location. By railway or car, you can reach other places, like for example Zwiesel, Frauenau, Bodenmais, or the Arbergebiet in a short time. Shopping and restaurants can be reached in short time. From the nice holiday apartments, you have a magnificent panoramic view on the mountains and in the valley. On some nights, deer get up to the House. Our house is not suitable for little children. On warm days, you can use the private balcony, terrace or large outdoor area. Either you enjoy the private area of your apartment with own garden furniture or cause the common barbecue area in the spacious garden and celebrate with other guests. The cosy, bright and spacious apartments are equipped with TV and radio. Each bedroom has a shower with toilet. The fully equipped kitchen provides a variety of other extras, such as a dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, egg cooker and toaster, bed linen and towels are provided. In the basement, you have opportunity to do your laundry. After the sporting activities or just to relax you can use the in-house sauna. Or play in the hotel's table tennis room. Whether active or holidaymakers, you will spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday, you will feel comfortable and enjoy from the heart. In winter can the children directly below the House extensively sledding and cross-country skiers on the outskirts in a groomed trail. The Bavarian Forest offers moderate mountain climbs, relaxing walks along by rivers and streams or tours for experienced - something for everyone. Alpine skiers as well as beginners in the well-known and nearby winter sports centre Arber (1456 m) on well groomed slopes can go from mid-December until the end of March. Also the beautiful and well groomed cross-country ski trails in the Zwieseler Winkel are very popular. Take advantage of the many leisure activities in the surrounding area. An outdoor swimming pool in Frauenau, the attractive indoor pool with sauna in Zwiesel, the National Park in Grafenau - only a few offers to call. The silver mine with toboggan run - no weather boredom. The glassworks tours in Zwiesel, Frauenau and the surrounding area are particularly interesting. The 18 hole golf park Oberzwieselau - only five minutes from the Gästehaus Rachelblick - is a paradise for nature-loving athletes.
