Information about the host
The house is built in country style and lovingly furnished. During your stay you have about 200 sqm exclusively at your disposal.
On the first floor there is a large hallway, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, new electric stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, hand vacuum cleaner, kettle), a dining room with tiled stove, a large living room with wall of books, TV and tiled stove (heatable from the hallway). There is also a large bathroom with corner bath, shower, double sink, bidet and toilet and heated towel rail. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with smart TV on the first floor. In addition, there is a guest toilet, a storage room and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board with iron.
The large cozy winter garden (unheated) faces west.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, a living room with TV and access to the balcony, and a large bathroom with corner bath, shower, double sink, bidet and toilet.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating on the first floor and in the upstairs bathroom, and on the upper floor there are radiators in the bedrooms.
From the kitchen and living room you can access the large sunny terrace with garden furniture and electric awning. The 800 sqm garden is enclosed and not visible from all sides. On the terrace there is also a large charcoal grill, but the procurement of charcoal and cleaning of the grill is not covered.
In the garage right next to the house can park two smaller or one large car, in front of the garage is space for two cars.
You will receive bed linen and towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies are available.
You are welcome to bring your well-behaved pets. Please note that therefore there might be problems for people allergic to animal hair.
In the entire house free WLAN is available.
In the winter months from November to April you can take the "Bademantelexpress" free of charge from the house to the Terme and back.

Außerdem gibt es ein großes Bad mit Eckbadewanne, Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, Bidet und WC sowie beheizbarem Handtuchhalter. Des Weiteren befindet sich im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Smart-TV. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Gäste-WC, einen Abstellraum und einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner und Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen. Der große gemütliche Wintergarten ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Im Obergeschoß befinden sich zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Zugang zum Balkon, sowie ein großes Bad mit Eckbadewanne, Dusche, Doppelwaschbecken, Bidet und WC. Von der Küche und vom Wohnzimmer aus kommen Sie auf die große, sonnige Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln, Holzkohlengrill und elektrischer Markise. In der Garage direkt neben dem Haus können Sie Ihr Auto parken, vor der Garage ist außerdem Platz für zwei weitere Autos.
