Information about the host
The chalet is built in Bavarian wooden house style and completely renovated. The vacation home is idyllically located 4 km outside the center of Bad Birnbach. Two spacious (80 m² + 100 m²) first-class equipped apartments are available for our guests. The large garden with play tower is perfect for children to play. Only 5 minutes by car from Bellavista Golf Park, Chalet am Bach offers an ideal starting point for golfers. Our guests receive a 30% green fee discount. For all nature lovers, the hiking trails starting directly at the house and the adjacent bike paths are perfect.

Overnight price incl. VAT and plus visitor's tax of 2,90 EUR per person and night. Arrival 15:00 - 18:00 Departure 07:00 - 11:00 o'clock WLAN is available in all areas and is free of charge. Pets welcome for a one-time fee of EUR30.00. Private parking is available free of charge at the accommodation.

Sie fahren auf der A3 Richtung Süden. Bitte fahren Sie die Ausfahrt 118-Pocking auf B12/B512/B388 in Richtung Pocking/Ruhstorf a.d.Rott/Bad Füssing/Neuhaus a.Inn ab und biegen Sie rechts auf B12/B388 (Schilder nach München/Pocking/Rushtorf a.d.Rott). Fahren Sie nach 300m die Ausfahrt B388 Richtung Pfarrkirchen/Bad Birnbach/Bad Griesbach/Ruhstorf a.d.Rott und halten Sie sich auf der B388. Nach ca 20km biegen Sie rechts ab (Schilder nach Bad Birnbach/Untertattenbach). Fahren Sie 500m, dann fahren Sie links und folgen dieser Straße für ca 3km. Fahren Sie weiter auf Obertattenbach. Sie haben nach 1km Ihr Ziel auf der rechten Seite erreicht.
