Our high-quality holiday apartments in Zwiesel are the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace, nature, and genuine relaxation. No crowds, no hustle and bustle—just a deliberately शांत and tranquil house for guests who want to experience the Bavarian Forest in its most authentic form.
The house is located on a sunny south-facing slope on the edge of Zwiesel, offering wide views over the valley of the Kleiner Regen and into the forests of the Bavarian Forest. Hiking trails, the national park, and the Arber region practically begin right at your doorstep.
With only five apartments, you can expect a personal and relaxed atmosphere—far away from mass tourism.

Stornierungen bis zu 60 Tage vor Anreise sind kostenfrei. Bei Stornierungen bis zu 30 Tage vor Anreise werden 50% berechnet. Bei späteren Stornierungen werden 100% des Übernachtungspreises fällig.
Die Anzahlung beträgt 50% des Übernachtungspreises.
Die Anreise ist zwischen 14:00 Uhr und 20:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist zwischen 08:00 Uhr und 11:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt persönlich vor Ort.
Tourismusabgabe: Der Kurbeitrag ist nicht in den Übernachtungskosten enthalten. Der Beitrag der Stadt Zwiesel beträgt (Stand April 2026, kann jedoch durch die Stadt geändert werden) pro Nacht: Erwachsene: € 3,60; Kinder (6–15 Jahre): € 1,80; Schwerbehinderte (GdB 100%): € 1,80
Anzahlung von 50% ist fällig bis zum 60. Tag vor der Anreise.
Sauna Öffnungszeiten saisonal bzw. auf Wunsch.
Rauchende Gäste werden gebeten, im Garten zu rauchen.
Abweichende Check-in und Check-out Zeiten (inkl. Schlüsselsafe) auf Anfrage möglich.
Der Gast erhält die in der Beschreibung angegebene Wohnung. Es kann zu kleineren Abweichungen durch Modernisierungen, Designwechsel oder Änderungen in der Möblierung bzw. bei Geräten gegenüber den Fotos und Beschreibungen kommen. Bei wesentlichen Abweichungen steht dem Gast der rechtliche Mindestschadensersatz zu.

Die B11 führt direkt durch Zwiesel, nehmen Sie dort die Ausfahrt mit der Beschliderung nach Grafenau/Frauenau/Zwiesel-Mitte. Biegen Sie nach ungefähr 280m rechts auf die Frauenauer Straße ab und dann gleich wieder rechts in die Rachelstraße. Die Nummer 37 befindet sich nach weiteren ca. 180m auf der rechten Seite.
