The Cocoonr agency is offering this renovated house for rent in Camiers, situated approximately 300 metres from the beach, with a floor area of 115 m² and sleeping up to 8 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 36 m² living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a single bed (90x190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (2 beds measuring 90×190)
- A bedroom with two single beds (90×190)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, you can make use of the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan.
Outdoors:
- A lovely enclosed and private garden of around 300 m²
- A sunny 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally situated in Camiers, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Just 300 metres from the beach, enjoy an unspoilt natural setting nestled between the sea, dunes and long, unspoilt beaches.
There are plenty of activities on offer nearby: sand yachting, surfing, kitesurfing, longboarding, fishing, golf, cycling and hiking.
In season, you can also enjoy the markets, shows and festivals that bring the Opal Coast to life. Nearby, you can also explore Le Touquet, Hardelot, Berck-sur-Mer, the port of Étaples, Nausicaá and the famous Blanc-Nez and Gris-Nez headlands. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (1 vehicle). There are other free parking spaces available near the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Étaples-Le Touquet, approximately 9 km away - Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin, approximately 130 km away Other notes: - The fireplace is not in working order. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The rates shown are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner. - End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the accommodation for future guests.
