Charm and calm 800m from the sea for this large family gîte
Ideally located 5 minutes from the centre of Cabourg and 800m from the sea, this house, in an 18th-century farmhouse, combines modern comfort with country style.
The living area is particularly pleasant, with a lovely terrace overlooking the woods and marshes.
All sporting activities (football, tennis, golf, pony club) are 600m away, accessible by cycle path from the gîte. Water sports and children's beach club Varafrogs less than 1 km away. Gîte situated in the heart of the walks between the Dives and Orne marshes and the Côte Fleurie. The Merville Franceville battery is directly accessible via the path adjoining the farmhouse. Caen, Ouistreham and the D-Day landing beaches (Pegasus Bridge) are 20 minutes away. A basket of vegetables grown on site using natural methods (no fertilisers or pesticides) awaits you as a welcome gift. The property is a detached house adjoining a building, comprising on the ground floor: a large living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining tables, plus a lounge area with sofas, armchairs, TV, WC and laundry facilities.
