Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Courseulles-sur-Mer, less than 100 metres from the beach.
It measures 21 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the first floor (no lift), it is laid out as follows: - A 15 m² living area with a TV and a sleeping area with a fold-away bed (140x190) - An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - A bathroom (with shower) and toilet Outside: - A loggia with furniture to enjoy the sunny days Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included – we’re just waiting for you! The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Stroll along the beach at Courseulles-sur-Mer - Visit the Juno Beach Centre (D-Day memorial) - Arromanches and the remains of the artificial harbour - Bayeux (tapestry + medieval centre) - Stroll around the port of Courseulles and local market (depending on the day) Public transport: If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Caen, about 25 km away - Nearest airport: Deauville-Normandie, approx. 62 km away To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made through our local partner). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité de la mer et de la piscine, le calme de la résidence, la ville de Courseulles-sur-Mer.
La communication avec le propriétaire a été très bonne et il a fait son possible pour régler rapidement un problème de connexion internet.
Le site Gites de France ne mentionnait pas l'absence de draps, de serviettes, de tapis de bain. L'agence ne nous a pas répondu à ce sujet.
Un tee-shirt poussiéreux a été trouvé derrière le lit rabattable.
La couette était tachée.
Nous avons été surpris qu'il n'y ait qu'une pièce!

La proximité de la mer et l'accès à l'appartement. Aussi, la fonctionnalité du logement avec des appareils de bonne qualité. Le coin douche est très praticable. Et le balcon appréciable. Evidemment, la beauté de la Normandie.
Donc, la surprise d'une seule pièce. Avec le lit encastrable?! Pas forcément très visible sur les photos?! J'ai dépanné la chasse d'eau qui était mal réglée. Les fauteuils du balcon pourraient être plus relaxants. Et de fait servir pour regarder la TV. Une télévision que nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner car nous n'avons pas compris l'accès par internet décrit dans la brochure.
