This charming family apartment of 85 square meters has a magnificent terrace of 50 square meters and can accommodate five people.
It is ideally located in a peaceful area of the 16th district, close to all amenities and near the tourist sites that make the reputation of the City of Light.

## Logement
The apartment is decorated with care and is very cool in summer, so it's nice to live there!
It is also accessible for people with reduced mobility, as there are no stairs, everything is on the same level.
Very well appointed, it includes: a bedroom with a very large parental bed (200x190); a bedroom with bunkbeds (90x190) and a bedroom with a single bed (90x190); a bathroom; a well-equipped kitchen; and a beautiful living room area. In addition, you will be able to take advantage of the beautiful TERRACE with trees and furniture with a large table to have your meals or aperitifs quietly! In order to make your stay comfortable, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Heating, Bed linen, Towel, Microwave, Oven, Iron. Cleaning is done before and after each vacation. The advantage of the accommodation is its ideal location! It is located in a quiet area and 23 minutes from downtown. Also, all amenities are nearby: various bars, restaurants, shops... For your daily shopping, you will find "MONOPRIX AUTEUIL" at 2 minutes on foot. You will also be very well served by public transport to stroll around the city and its surroundings. During your vacations, you will have the opportunity to visit the tourist sites which make the fame of the French Capital.
The location of the accommodation will be an asset to visit : Arc de Triomphe at 21 minutes, Louvre Museum at 23 minutes, Eiffel Tower at 24 minutes, Palais Garnier at 25 minutes, Les Halles de Paris at 31 minutes, and many more... The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favorites with you! Counting the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital. ## Transports Subway : Lines 9 and 10 : Station Michel-Ange - Auteuil : 1 minute walk. Bus : Lines 52 and 62 : Station Michel-Ange - Auteuil : 2 minutes walk. Lines 32 and PC : Alfred Capus station : 7 minutes on foot. Boulainvilliers train station: 9 minutes away by public transport .
