The property, surrounded by greenery and overlooking the pine forest, is located in the center of Tirrenia, less than 1 km from the beach. The center of Pisa is only 15 km away. The apartment consists of a kitchen with a dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private garden. REGIONAL CODE: 050026LTN2797 NATIONAL CODE: IT050026C2ATLI97BY The space is organized as follows: -> GROUND FLOOR: - KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, moka, kettle (non-electric), oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware; - DINING AREA; - GARDEN with gazebo, umbrella, tables and charcoal barbecue; -> FLOOR 1: - BEDROOM I with double bed; - BEDROOM II with two single beds; - CORRIDOR with walk-in wardrobe; - BATHROOM I with shower, sink, bidet and toilet; -> FLOOR 2 (ATTIC) with two single beds; -> FLOOR -1 with BATHROOM II (two showers, sink, bidet and toilet) and LAUNDRY AREA. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the three bedrooms), ceiling fan in the kitchen, independent heating, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours a day from November 8th to April 7th. For check-ins after 21:00 a supplement is required as follows (check-ins will take place in the apartment): - From 21:00 to 23:00: 25.00 euro; - From 23:00 to 24:00: 30.00 euro; - From 24:00 to 1:30: 40.00 euro. The center of Pisa, with its attractions, is about 20 minutes away by car. Alternatively, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station, a hub for all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, in approximately 45 minutes by bus. Livorno is about 20 minutes away by car. Main distances: - Beach: 9 minutes on foot; - Livorno (station): 20 minutes by car; - Pisa (station): 20 minutes by car/40 by public transport. - From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station thanks to the Pisa Mover service.
