It is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A large entrance hall leading to the main rooms of the house as well as a toilet - A living room with an exceptional volume of 60m² with many sofas and a large screen TV - A large 40m² kitchen-dining room with its scullery with all the necessary equipment (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, bean coffee machine, hob, crockery and utensils, etc...) - A laundry room with washing machine and dryer - A 1st master suite with 160x200 cm bed, cupboard/wardrobe, bathroom open to the bedroom with double sinks, bathtub and Italian shower as well as separate toilets On the 1st floor, accessible by stairs: - A 2nd master bedroom with 180x200cm bed, cupboard/wardrobe, bathroom open to the bedroom with double sinks, bath, Italian shower and toilet. - A small gym area with treadmill, bike, and TV - A 3rd bedroom with 160x200c bed, chest of drawers, open bathroom with single sink, shower and toilet - A 4th bedroom with 160x200cm bed, cupboard/wardrobe, bathroom open to the bedroom with double sinks, bath, Italian shower and toilet Outside, you will have a very large terrace with dining room, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, parasols and the huge SWIMMING POOL (12x5m) ! For your comfort, note that the house has: - Free internet connection with wifi - Bed linen and towels are provided, installed and included in your booking - Baby equipment can be made available on request subject to availability - Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in case of cross-arrival and departure. ## Neighborhood Sonnaz is a charming village, close to: - the magnificent Lake of Bourget so dear to the poet Lamartine, the largest natural lake in France, support for a wide variety of water activities (sailing, kitesurfing, water skiing, rowing, paddleboarding, cruising, etc...) – 8 minutes by car. - the city of Aix les Bains, Riviera of the Alps, dedicated to well-being and tourism with its cultural and historical sites, its thermal baths, its spas, its restaurants, its casinos and its internationally renowned 18-hole golf course (club 1895) open all year round – Less than 15 minutes from the city center by car. - the city of Chambéry, the historic capital of Savoy, with a rich ducal past and a wide architectural heritage – less than 15 minutes by car. - the Bauges Massif Regional Nature Park where cycling, hiking and paragliding, including the resorts of Savoie Grand Revard (with La Féclaz) and Aillons-Margériaz – 40 minutes by car.
