This cozy vacation home has just been added to our collection and is now available at a special introductory price for your bookings.
Located in the quiet area of Terragreci in Santa Maria di Leuca, this comfortable property hosts up to 7 guests.
The house is situated in a highly convenient position close to local services, restaurants and supermarkets, yet it remains peaceful and not too crowded as it is tucked away on a secondary road.
From the property, you can enjoy nice sea views, especially from the expansive rooftop terrace where you can admire the lighthouse in the background marking the boundary between the Adriatic and Ionian seas. The modern interior of the home spans approximately 100 square meters and features 4 private bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers.
Upon entering, you will find Bedroom 1 immediately to the right and Bedroom 2 further down on the right; both of these bedrooms offer a double bed and a partial sea view.
Entering to the left, you will find Bedroom 4 immediately, which is configured with a single bed, while Bedroom 3 is located further down on the left and features a double bed. The heart of the home is an open-plan living room with an integrated, modern open kitchen.
The kitchen operates with an induction hob and is fully equipped with a refrigerator featuring an ice compartment, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine, as well as kitchen utensils.
For your entertainment and convenience, the house includes a smart TV, a hairdryer and a private washing machine.
Guests will enjoy optimal comfort with insect screens on the windows and independent hot/cold climate control fan coils operational in every room. The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and features a 140 square meter terrace setup.
Here, guests can enjoy an approx. 4x2 meter above-ground outdoor swimming pool surrounded by deck chairs and sun loungers.
There is an excellent outdoor barbecue area, perfect for warm summer evenings.
There is also a practical outdoor shower.
For dining al fresco, an outdoor table and chairs are provided.
Private open-air parking is available on-site for up to 3 vehicles. The surroundings offer excellent dining and shopping opportunities within easy reach.
For tasting the local cuisine, highly recommended nearby choices include Lo Scalo and Loquita restaurants.
For your daily groceries and essentials, both Bucarello and Pigno supermarkets are conveniently located close to the property. 🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included.
If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person. 🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €100, unless you clean yourselves before departure. 🐶 Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others.
Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request. 💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage. ⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption.

Prices may slightly change over time. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation. - Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply.
