The location is ideal: close to Monte Urpinu Park, the Opera House and the Music Conservatory, with excellent connections via public transport and light rail.
The accommodation has a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th. Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment. He is famous for: Wide tree-lined avenues and squares: the streets are wide, bright and full of public greenery (in particular the axis of Via Stockholma).
