The property is located in Manarola, one of the most picturesque villages of the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its colorful buildings overlooking the sea, its characteristic narrow streets, and its typical Ligurian charm.
Its location allows easy access to all major amenities. National Code: IT011024B4ZEE49PD7 Regional Code: 011024-LT-0651 The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with dining table, TV, and two sofa beds; - KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen utensils; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, independent heating, portable fan, washing machine, clothesline, and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - The accommodation is NOT equipped with air conditioning but there is a portable fan; - Access to the apartment requires climbing a few stairs: please be careful if traveling with children; - Direct access to the apartment entrance is NOT possible by car; - The view of the sea and the village of Manarola can be appreciated from the outside street and not directly from inside the apartment. Riomaggiore Climate Zone D: Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. Wenn danach gesucht wird, findet jeder was, weil die Anforderungen doch so individuell sind. In dieser Region z.B. fließt nicht so viel Wasser aus dem Duschkopf wie daheim in D-land.
