The property is located in Manarola, one of the most picturesque villages of the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its colorful buildings overlooking the sea, its characteristic narrow streets, and its typical Ligurian charm.
Its location allows easy access to all major amenities. National Code: IT011024B4ZEE49PD7 Regional Code: 011024-LT-0651 The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with dining table, TV, and two sofa beds; - KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen utensils; - SLEEPING AREA with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WiFi, independent heating, portable fan, washing machine, clothesline, and hairdryer. PLEASE NOTE: - The accommodation is NOT equipped with air conditioning but there is a portable fan; - Access to the apartment requires climbing a few stairs: please be careful if traveling with children; - Direct access to the apartment entrance is NOT possible by car; - The view of the sea and the village of Manarola can be appreciated from the outside street and not directly from inside the apartment. Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions for registering your documents through our Guest Portal and paying the tourist tax. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for hosting guests in Italy. Activating and deactivating air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74). Riomaggiore Climate Zone D: Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C. In this property, keys are kept in a safety deposit box. Further information will be provided at the time of booking. Major attractions include the Church of San Lorenzo, the panoramic viewpoint overlooking the harbor, the trails of the Cinque Terre National Park, and the numerous local food and wine experiences, with a particular focus on local wines such as Sciacchetrà. Manarola is also a strategic base for visiting the other Cinque Terre villages, both by train and by sea. If you're traveling by car, the property does not have a reserved parking area and it's not possible to drive directly to the entrance. Wenn danach gesucht wird, findet jeder was, weil die Anforderungen doch so individuell sind. In dieser Region z.B. fließt nicht so viel Wasser aus dem Duschkopf wie daheim in D-land.
