Brewery Cottage consists of an open-plan living space with a fitted kitchen including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, kettle and toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with a gas fire, Smart TV, CD player, WiFi, and a small library of books and games. The bedrooms comprise a ground-floor double and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room with a shower, basin and WC.
Amenities include gas central heating, fuel and power inc. in rent, and bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Guests also have use of two adult bikes. Outside, there is an enclosed, covered patio with garden furniture and a BBQ, along with off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and harbour 0.1 miles; beach 0.2 miles.
Note: Open tread stairs; care must be taken. Note: The property is next to a public car park and some traffic noise may be audible. Note: This property does not accept infants under two years of age.

A gem of a cottage ideally located in the heart of Saundersfoot with amenities located within a short walking distance! A good central base for exploring local tourist/visitor attractions and nearby coastal walks. As a bonus Tenby only a 10 minute drive away too.

This property was very good for most things , however, it lacks a few refineries, ie a dishwasher and fridge/freezer which we feel are needed to bring the rating up.Also, the tv is too small and too far away from the settee for us.That said, we enjoyed staying here and it was central to all we needed so we did not use the car at all.
