Wooden Mill Apartments is situated in Amsterdam Old South, a quiet and attractive residential area with nice architecture.
Public Transport is on a 2 minutes walking distance.
Vondelpark 5 min. Museum area 20 min. Leidseplein - Centre 25-30 min. You have access to the whole house Guests I look for: - Respectful of neighbors (keep level of noise down) and my place - Non-smokers (or smokers that smoke outside and clean up their cigarettes) - Any age if staying as a responsible and clean couple At time of departure: Leave the home as tidy as you found it. make sure the apartment is tidy, the dishes are done the garbage is bagged and the oven, hob and fridge/freezer are clean. all keys must be returned upon departure.
Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee. Please leave the keys behind you on the table, and close the door behind you. In case the door is not locked when you close it, lock the door and put the keys in the mailbox. Guests must immediately inform the host of all defects in the apartment and damages that occur in the apartment. Quiet hours: 23:00 to 7:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
