Welcome to Gatehouse Condo by Beyond Expectations, a thoughtfully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath escape in the heart of Gatlinburg.
With stylish brand-new furnishings, this spacious and sunlit condo offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay in the Smokies. Both bedrooms feature plush king beds and private access to two full bathrooms, while a queen pull-out sofa in the living area expands sleeping space to accommodate up to six guests comfortably.
After a day of hiking, zip-lining, or sightseeing, unwind by the gas fireplace or step out onto the oversized balcony to enjoy the mountain air. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and wine glasses—perfect for dining in after visiting the nearby Moonshine Distillery or grabbing fresh goods from local markets.
Fresh linens and towels are provided, and you'll enjoy conveniences like open parking and a seasonal community pool. Just five minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and ten minutes to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you’re perfectly positioned for both outdoor adventure and urban excitement.

We are available via phone, email, or text message for anything that you may need! *NO PETS ALLOWED! *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance, or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. -Fireplace is inoperable during the summer months *Community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. *Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
