Charming 50 sqm apartment, located on the 1st floor of a modern building (with lift), for 4 people and equipped with a shared swimming pool (for a fee) and free private parking space.
The property is located in Calambrone, with direct access to the sea (200 meters away). Near the accommodation it is possible to find bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The center of Pisa is about 30 minutes away by car. The apartment has a kitchen, a mezzanine bedroom, a full bathroom and a service bathroom.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the kitchen and on the mezzanine), washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Assigned private uncovered parking space.
Baby cot and high chair on request depending on availability.
PLEASE NOTE: PAID outdoor swimming pool of the Residence, open from June to September (changes to the opening calendar will be possible depending on weather conditions), from 10:00 to 19:30. The swimming pool is managed separately from the apartment (we assume no responsibility for its use), further information on costs and payment methods will be provided after booking. 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax. We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.
You can find all the information on the official website of accommodatetiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6.10.2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The switching on period and the daily switching duration depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Pisa Climatic Zone D: 11 hours daily from 8 November to 7 April.
Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on recovering the keys and accessing the apartment.
Keys can be retrieved free of charge via smartlock on site.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 00:00. If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to: - From 3pm to 9pm: €15.00; - From 9.00pm to 11.00pm: €25.00; - From 11.00pm to 12.00am: €30.00; - From midnight to 1.30am: €40.00. The apartment is located in Calambrone, a hamlet of Pisa, a quiet, residential and green area (vast pine forest behind). The beach is about 200 meters from the accommodation and within a short distance of the property it is possible to find the main services, including bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The center of Pisa, with its attractions, is about 25 minutes away by car. Alternatively, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station, a hub for all the main public transport lines to reach the main points of interest in the city, in about 40 minutes by bus. Livorno is about 15 minutes away by car. Main distances: - Beach: 2 minutes on foot; - Livorno (station): 15 minutes by car; - Pisa (station): 25 minutes by car. - From Pisa Galileo Galilei International Airport, it is possible to reach Pisa Central Station thanks to the Pisa Mover service.
From the station it is possible to reach the apartment in about 50 minutes thanks to bus 10 (direction Calambrone Rondine 1), stop "Calambrone Colonia v. Emanuele III 1", 1 minute on foot from the property. - From Pisa Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to bus 10 (direction Calambrone Rondine 1), stop "Calambrone Colonia v. Emanuele III 1", 1 minute on foot from the property. - If you are traveling by car, we remind you that a free private parking space is available on site.
Furthermore, it is possible to find several free or paid parking lots in the immediate vicinity of the property (NOT bookable and NOT guaranteed).
