The holiday apartments are located in an attractive residential area of Friedrichshafen. The surroundings offer excellent infrastructure and, with the nearby Riedlewald, a touch of nature—ideal for a relaxing stay on Lake Constance. The lakeshore with its popular promenade can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes—perfect for walks, sports activities, or relaxing hours with views of the water and the Alps. Friedrichshafen’s town center, with its wide range of shops, cafés, and restaurants, is also easily accessible.
The harbor, with ferry connections to Switzerland and Austria, provides ideal opportunities for varied day trips around Lake Constance. The train station and airport are also quickly reachable, making this location especially attractive for guests who appreciate convenient travel.
Differing cancellation conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 90% of the price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Fast alles super, uns fehlte nur ein Wasserkocher. Ansonsten war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Die Gastgeber waren gut erreichbar. In den Zimmern standen Ventilatoren zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war modern ausgestattet, hell und freundlich. Eine sehr hochwertige und sehr gut ausgestattet Küche. Die Wohnung war sauber. Super isolierte Fenster. Trotz starkem Verkehr, bei geschlossenem Fenster keine Lärm zu hören.
Die Lage an der Hauptstraße hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Allerdings waren die Fenster sehr gut isoliert. Das Lüften war bei der Lautstärke aber unangenehm. Der Balkon war sehr ungepflegt. Balkonmöbel waren dreckig und es kam überall Unkraut heraus. Zudem war der Blick in den verwilderten Garten des N...
