Spacious and bright living room (tv, air conditioning, wifi) with 140cm sofa bed overlooking a terrace of 12m² with furniture, electric plancha, awning and a magnificent view of the sea and the entire Grau du Roi bay. A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven) a room with a double bed in 160cm, air conditioning and mosquito net, a room with 2 single beds in 90cm, air conditioning and mosquito net, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.

Très bel appartement climatisé au 5 eme étage avec vue magnifique sur le front de mer .Appartement très bien décoré,très bien équipé,confortable.Tout près de la ville ,des commerces et de la plage .La seule chose un peu embêtante est qu il n y a pas de garage ,ni de parking tout près de la résidence .Sinon tout est parfait !!
