Comfortable 6th-floor studio with a fold-away bed for 2 and a sofa bed for 2. Bright living room with large windows and beautiful frontal sea views.
Practical semi-open kitchen.
Bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet.
Sleeping area can be closed off with a curtain for extra privacy.
Ideal for enjoying the sea and beach.
Wi-Fi: yes. Parking: not included.
Bring your own sheets/towels. Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed.
Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted. Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home. Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
