The apartment is arranged as follows:

- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, A/C split unit, dining table, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, air fryer, wine glasses, and various kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed, desk, balcony, A/C split unit, and open clothes stand;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet, and sink.
FURTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating via A/C split units, iron and ironing board, drying rack, washing machine, and hairdryer.

The apartment is also close to the Taranto seafront and its beautiful gardens, as well as the Naval Military Arsenal.
