Woodcroft, a single-storey house, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, wine cooler, kettle, toaster, Tassimo Coffee Machine, breakfast bar for 2 and dining table for 6, a utility with fridge/freezer, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a sitting room with two sofas, armchair, wall-mounted smart TV, Bluetooth speakers and massive glass bifolding doors, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, double and twin. There is a bathroom with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double basin, and heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an Upper Terrace area with sun loungers, sofa and amazing sea views and a Front Deck with furniture and amazing sea views. There is off-road parking for two cars.
