You will find: A bedroom with a double bed A pleasant living room, perfect for relaxing after a busy day A functional and fully equipped kitchen A bathroom with a bathtub A balcony, a real asset in summer for enjoying time outdoors The apartment enjoys a privileged location, close to the Rhône, Confluence, Halle Tony Garnier, and Gerland Stadium.
Ideal transport access: Metro line B – Place Jean Jaurès, a 3-minute walk away Bus line 64 – Pré Gaudry, at the foot of the building The neighborhood is lively, popular with Lyon residents, and full of restaurants, shops, and great places to visit.

A professional cleaning service is provided before and after each stay to ensure the apartment is spotless.
There is also an Auchan supermarket just a 2-minute walk away for your everyday shopping needs.

It is the widest district of Lyon.
It is located on a quite flat area.
There is a part of the universities, the international “Cité Scolaire”, the Tony Garnier Hall where there are many shows and concerts, the Parc de Gerland.
The Rhone banks offer a very pleasant walk, where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet themselves by night and day! The famous places are : - Tony-Garnier hall - Stade Gerland - Sports hall of Lyon Palais des sports de Lyon - Castle La Motte - Lyon-III University - The Ecole Normale Supérieure of Lyon ## Transports Metro/Bus : Line B (Place Jean Jaurès station) : 3 mn walk.
Line 64 (Pré Gaudry station): 1 mn on foot.
From Lyon Perrache station: 13 mn by metro.
