Cocoonr offers you a spacious three-storey 400 m² house to rent in Annecy-le-Vieux, just 200 m from the lake and a 6-minute drive from the centre of Annecy.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, it has a secure swimming pool, a large enclosed garden of 1200m² and several parking spaces.
Children are particularly welcome here, with a playroom and dormitory room entirely dedicated to them. Living area (garden level - 150m²) : - Entrance hall - Separate WC - Spacious 50m² living room with fireplace and direct access to the outside terrace - Separate 15m² fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, gas and electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full set of crockery and cutlery, baby high chair) - Utility room with storage and cloakrooms - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) with en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC) - Independent studio of 25m² with double sofa bed, bathroom (shower, washbasin, WC), large-screen TV Night area (1st floor - 125m²) : - Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 3: queen-size double bed (160x200) - Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 5: 2 single beds (90x190) - 2 baby cots available - Family bathroom with shower, bath, washbasin and changing table - Bathroom with shower and washbasin - Separate WC Children's area & amenities (basement - 125m²) : - Playroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4 90x140) - Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer - Boiler room Outside area : - Outdoor swimming pool (10m x 4.50m), open from 30 June to 30 September, secured by an approved cover and equipped with a maintenance robot (unheated, chlorine operation) - 1200m² enclosed garden - Fitted terrace - Secure gate, private car park Additional facilities : Fireplace, large-screen TV, broadband internet, full laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, independent studio for added privacy, games room, sheltered outdoor areas, iron and ironing board.

Nearby amenities: The Villa is located 6 minutes' drive from the town centre and 200m from the lake and beach. - There is a cycle path right outside the house and easy access around the lake! - Shops: bakery, greengrocer, supermarket, delicatessen, pharmacy, etc. 5 minutes' drive away. Activities : Go hiking at Semnoz, pedal along the shores of the lake, experience thrills with water activities (wakeboarding, private outings...), explore the local heritage on cultural visits (Lake Annecy Ecomuseum...), take to the skies on a paragliding adventure and stroll through Annecy's old town.
Connoisseurs of fine cuisine can enjoy tailor-made gastronomic experiences thanks to our chef services (delivery, private chef...). All your activities and services can be organised by our local partner, an expert in personalised holidays. Transport : - Regular SIBRA bus routes Y51 and 15, with a stop located close to the Villa, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (around 10 minutes) as well as nearby beaches (5 to 15 minutes). - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 40 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy.
For greater comfort, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you choose to come by car, private parking spaces are available in the courtyard of the Maison. Other remarks : - Entirely non-smoking accommodation - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden, room monitor to assess the intensity of the noise. - This accommodation is not suitable for pets - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided.
Beds will be made up on arrival.
