Penwyn is a charming pet-friendly holiday abode in the village of Solva, situated in the county of Pembrokeshire.
This property is perfect for a group of friends or a family looking for a getaway, as it boasts a woodburning stove in the sitting room and sea views from the upstairs king-size bedroom.

If the sun is shining, then step outside into the rear or front courtyard gardens.
Wash down your dinner with a favourite drink of choice as you look out onto the sun before it washes the sky with orange as it slowly ebbs away.
When the evening breeze is upon you, head back inside to warm up next to the woodburning stove.

Penwyn consists of a kitchen/diner with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a ground-floor twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Electric central heating, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the price. A highchair and travel cot are available on request. Outside, there is an enclosed front and rear courtyard, as well as off-road parking for 1 car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, a pub. Please note this is a non-smoking property, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. A holiday to remember awaits at Penwyn. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 200 GBP.
