The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house for rent in Escalles, 500 m from the beach, with a surface area of 2,150 sq ft and capacity for up to 8 guests. It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 75 m² living room with TV, corner sofa, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- A bathroom with shower
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, crib, plancha grill, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 700 m² enclosed garden and a 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Escalles, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Cran d'Escalles
- Le Grand Site des Deux Caps
- Nausicaá – National Sea Center (Boulogne-sur-Mer)
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (3 vehicles).

- Calais-Fréthun train station is 10 minutes away by car.
- Lille-Lesquin airport is 1.5 hours away by car.
Other comments:
- Sheets and towels included.
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic).
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet (cat or dog) is allowed per stay. Pets are not allowed to sleep in the bedrooms or on the armchairs
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We kindly ask you to leave the property in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use
