Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming seaside flat for rent in Ault, boasting a beautiful sea view.
It measures 95 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a shower room.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 40 m² living room with sofas, a TV and a dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) - A shower room with shower and toilet - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, ironing board and iron, stone grill… Outside: - Three balconies of approximately 3 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The south-facing aspect allows you to enjoy magnificent sunsets over the sea and the cliffs of Ault. The flat is ideally situated in Ault, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Explore the cliffs and coastal paths of Ault on lovely walks. - Discover the unique wildlife and landscapes by visiting the Baie de Somme. - Experience the thrill of sand yachting on Onival beach in Ault. - Stroll through the village of Ault to admire its maritime heritage and panoramic views. Transport: If you choose to come by car, there are several free public car parks available, just a 5-minute walk away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Le Tréport - Mer-les-Bains, a 15-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Paris-Beauvais, a 1½-hour drive away Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - The accommodation is not suitable for young children. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Quel bel appartement et quelle vue! En plus le soleil était au rendez-vous pour nous permettre de jouir des balcons. Pour manger le petit restaurant au rez de chaussée propose un menu du jour fort complet. Nous gardons l’adresse. C’est un coup de cœur ❤️.

Appartement avec emplacement de choix. très belle superficie et très bien équipé on a manqué de rien.
Double séjour très agréable
Vue magnifique sur la mer avec un accès direct.
Au calme.
Places pour pour ce garer facilement dans la rue.
Et merci à Sophie pour son accueil et sa réactivité.
On reviendra rapidement cette fois à 5.

Super Lage der Wohnung. helle, freundliche Wohnung. Blick vom Sofa aus auf Meer und Kreidefelsen, hinter dem Casino.
Fußläufig Restaurants, Bäckerei, Metzger und wunderschöne Natur.
