Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Ault, this charming seafront flat with a beautiful sea view, with a surface area of 95 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a shower room.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with sofas, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (sleeps 4) - From July 2026: a double bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower and WC - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron, pierrade... Outside : - Three balconies of around 3 m² with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
Facing south, you can enjoy magnificent sunsets over the sea and the cliffs of Ault. The flat is ideally located in Ault, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities: - Explore the cliffs and coastal paths of Ault on beautiful walks. - Discover the wildlife and unique landscapes on a visit to the Baie de Somme. - Experience the thrill of sand yachting on the beach at Onival in Ault. - Explore the village of Ault to admire its maritime heritage and panoramic views. Transport : If you choose to come by car, there are several free public car parks just a 5-minute walk away. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Le Tréport - Mer-les-Bains, a 15-minute drive away - Nearest airport: Paris-Beauvais, 1? hours' drive away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - The accommodation is not suitable for young children. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
