This spacious holiday home is located on the second floor of a quiet house between Hauzenberg and Waldkirchen. From the private balcony, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the mountains. The apartment is fully equipped and offers high comfort. Just next door, guests can access a wellness area with sauna, fitness room, and cosmetic treatments. Families are welcome – a playground and a playroom are available for children
Nestled between Hauzenberg and Waldkirchen in the Bavarian Forest, this location is ideal for nature lovers all year round. In summer, over 140 km of marked hiking trails and mountain bike routes lead through scenic forests and rolling hills with views of the Alps. In winter, the area becomes a snowy retreat with slopes, sledding runs, and cross-country ski trails. Popular excursions include the treetop path in the national park, the glass center in Spiegelau, and the historic baroque city of Passau. Families will find plenty to discover in the area. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Das Haus war wunderschön und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Wiesen, den Wald und die Rehe war einfach traumhaft. Insgesamt hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
