This enchanting villa is located in one of the best spot in Santorini overlooking the breathtaking Caldera and the infinity of the sea that surrounds it.
Villa Nea offers a fantastic outdoor with verandas set on different levels, one infinity pool, sitting areas and the best panorama.
The interior is set to the highest standard of comfort and luxury including a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one of which is an open plan with separate WC, and 2 bedrooms.
The entire property is simply a dream! A well-appointed villa is part of 8 suite-property, all decorated with a particular attention to details and furnished with high quality materials and a fine taste.
Each luxury property offers daily breakfast and is equipped with all contemporary amenities you need for a relaxing stay, including an outdoor Hot tub, towels, slippers, bath robe, hairdryer, bath amenities, coffee machine, mini bar, safe deposit box, smart TV, WiFi, key card access, A/C, seating area, terrace, outdoor furniture, sun loungers, sun umbrella. All villas offer amazing Caldera and Volcano view.
Neighbourhood and surroundings:
Santorini basically offers the opportunity of a tranquil and relaxing holiday, but it also has a vibrant nightlife and it is interesting also from an historical point of view.
The island can be reached by sea and by plane having one of the biggest airport of the Cyclades.
The village of Imerovigli offers a wide choice of shops and excellent restaurants, which are within few minutes walk from the property.
Rental rules:
The minimum stay is 3 nights.
Check-in time is from 15:00; Checkout time is within 12:00.
Please note: There is an extra government tax of €0.50 per villa per night, which has to be paid upon arrival.
The guests are responsible for the proper and decent behaviour of his/her party.

We loved our time at the villa. It was centrally located, spotless, and the property manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. But what I can’t get over is the view. Standing in the private pool overlooking the sea felt like something out of a movie, unreal—a memory I will keep with me forever.
