Discover the Colorwave Terrace House, a spacious and comfortable house in Matosinhos, featuring a charming terrace.
Ideal for families and friends, it offers the perfect stay close to everything.
Relax and enjoy your getaway! Guests have access to the entire flat, including the three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and garden.
Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking. If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability.
Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request. We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! Just ask! For bookings of 28 nights or more we have a limit of €230 for water, electricity and the internet/television package.
If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest. The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose. You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request! In order to make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented.
The fee of €2.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). Quiet hours: 22:00 to 8:00. Pets: Not allowed.
