Ideal for families or groups, this house offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all modern amenities.
Enjoy the proximity to local attractions and immerse yourself in Portuguese culture. Guests have full access to the entire house, which includes three bedrooms, one of which in a mezzanine, with double beds, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a balcony.
Enjoy all amenities such as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washing machine, and more.
Free on-site parking is available. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of 200 euros will be applied. If you lose the key, a replacement cost will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a fee of 40€ after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon request. If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability.
Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). For reservations of 28 nights or more, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of 230€. If this amount is exceeded, the extra cost will be covered by the guest. The tenant is required to allow entry to a staff member for property inspection whenever requested by the host.
Monthly visits are expected for this purpose. We offer a transfer service that will take you to the apartment! Simply request it (price upon request). You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon request). Quiet hours: 21:00 to 7:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
