The top floor includes a twin bedroom and cloakroom, while the lower level houses the master suite with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, two further twin rooms, a family bathroom and laundry area.
Each bedroom opens onto a balcony with city vistas.
Located close to Selva de Mar metro and just a fifteen-minute walk from the beach, the apartment is well connected for exploring the city.
