We do not accept groups, parties, events and all guests have to be silent between 22:00H - 09:00H. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application.
All information will be visible in the application.
As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability.
The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5. You can use our services during your stay.
We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €2,500. 7. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date.
After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside.
The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 9. Images are for marketing purposes only, this property does not allow commercial usage, including content creation and publishing, without written consent from us. 10. Access to the spa area is strictly limited to individuals aged 16 and above. Important: The area's of this property are continuously being maintained.
The villa has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit at all times.
They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Suitable for: children and infants.
Additional rules: All house rules and property regulations, as detailed in the “Other Things to Note” section, are mandatory and form part of the terms of your stay.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in intervention, additional charges where applicable, and/or termination of the stay in accordance with applicable policies and local regulations. Dessverre ikke så mye å skryte av. Fint basseng ( når sirkulasjonspumpa ble slått på), og romslig hus. Soverommene i andre etasje var fine, men en del maur på alle bad. Dette kunne vært et ok feriehus hadde de 1) gjort det skikkelig rent, 2) reparert feil før gjester kommer, 3) vist bilder av alle s...
Det var mange problemer med huset som vi brukte de 4 første dagene av oppholdet på å få ordna. Det var ikke spesielt rent over alt, solsengmadrasser var skitne, AC virket ikke på ett rom og det var mye maur. Senere i oppholdet ble det en stor vannlekkasje på det ene rommet i kjelleren. Alt ble fiks...
