The apartment is in a residential neighbourhood close to the city's main attractions and amenities.
Several small parks and green areas are nearby, including the Parque Infante Dom Pedro, a popular spot for picnics and leisure activities.
Additionally, the Forum Aveiro shopping centre is just a few minutes walk from the address and features a variety of shops, restaurants, and a movie theatre.
While it is not in the exact city centre, it is still conveniently located and provides easy access to many of Aveiro's main attractions and services.We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is an hour's drive from the property.Guests will have access to the entire apartment!This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Place was okay. Nothing spectacular. Would not let us drop our bags 5 minutes before check-in, but yet made us wait over an hour for someone to bring soap. (No soap present)Weak flooring at top of steps- soft spot.

I would highly recommend this place because of the great location and it very clean. It is close to the centre full of shops, restaurants and tourist attraction to explore. Also not far from the station approx 5-7 minute drive or 18 minute walk.
