Sea view apartment of about 90 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the ground floor of a building.
The property is located in Taormina, in a unique panoramic position, suspended above a rock and with a direct sea view.
Easily reachable thanks to its proximity to the motorway exits, it is a strategic point to experience the Sicilian coast in comfort.
The accommodation consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.
National Code: IT083097C2U25QXAUZ Regional Code: 19083097C240854 The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with dining table, sofa and sofa bed and TV; - KITCHENETTE with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave oven (located in the living room), moka pot, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils; - BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet; - BALCONY (access from the living room and the bedroom) with outdoor table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and at the entrance), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
Guests can also take advantage of a reserved outdoor parking space.
PLEASE NOTE: - Please note that the bedroom and the living room are not two completely separate rooms, so soundproofing between the two rooms is not guaranteed. - The split air conditioning, when activated, cools both areas simultaneously. - The apartment does not have heating.

Taormina Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. In this property the keys are in a safety deposit box. Further information will be provided at the time of booking N.B. completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.

Amazing views, cozy apartment, easy access to Taormina (by car), large rooms for 4 persons, responsive hosts, time to almost private beach - less than 1 minute. One of the best places near the sea I ever stayed.

The property overlooked the beach/sea with AMAZING VIEWS!!
No beach chairs to take down to the beach. Internet was poor/ not working. Would have been nice to know local food markets or where to get food as the area was mostly closed because of the off season.

Positiv: Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, Sonnenaufgang inklusive
Nicht ganz so gut: Für den Late Check in sollten wir zuerst 35€ Aufpreis zahlen. Da es am Ende Mitten in der Nacht war, als wir ankamen, erhielten wir ganz einfache Videos, nach denen wir einchecken konnten.
Beim Kochen hatten wir ein paar Mal Stromausfall.
