Cozy 64 sqm apartment, on two floors (internal stairs) for 6 people, on the 3rd floor of a renovated building with a lift. The property is located in a central area (Restricted Traffic Area), in the heart of Palermo, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, the Royal Palace and the historic Via Maqueda.
The accommodation consists of two living rooms, kitchen, two bedrooms with panoramic balcony and bathroom.

The apartment is on two floors (internal stairs) and the internal space is organized as follows
LOWER FLOOR
- KITCHEN with gas hob, dining table with chairs, refrigerator, coffee machine, washing machine, electric kettle, electric oven, wine glasses and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with raised shower box, sink, bidet and toilet;
UPPER FLOOR (stairs to access)
- LIVING ROOM I with sofa;
- LIVING ROOM II with double sofa bed;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, smart TV, bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, smart TV, bedside tables, wardrobe, split A/C and access to the balcony;
- BALCONY (access from both bedrooms) furnished with a small table and chairs overlooking various monuments (including the church of Sant’Anna, the church of Santa Maria della Mercede and Palazzo della Gangia, where scenes from the famous film The Leopard were filmed).
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, heating and air conditioning via hot and cold split, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.
City tax payment will be required.
The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo, in an area equipped with all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies). Some of the main points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, the Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo, the Royal Palace, the historic Via Maqueda and the Quattro Canti, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The historic Ballarò market is only 650 meters from the property.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) at the "San Matteo" garage, in Via Vittorio Emanuele, 263, a 6-minute walk from the property.

Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem, wysprzątane, świetna komunikacja z gospodarzem. Lokalizacja blisko kluczowych zabytków i świetnych restauracji. Niestety pod mieszkaniem w piątki i soboty są spore zgromadzenia osób pijących i bawiących się na ulicy, jeżdżą między nimi samochody z włączoną bardzo głośną muzyką, co utrudnia odpoczynek.

El apartamento está súper bien ubicado para disfrutar de la noche y el encanto de Palermo, todo caminando. Es amplio, cómodo y coincide con la descripción. Aunque la particularidad del único juego de llaves, que además activa la electricidad, resulta un poco incómodo si somos varios en el apartamento. Pero parece ser una condición habitual en la ciudad.

The house looks great, it’s an amazing location, very close to Vucciaria and Ballaro market, to the bus stop and train station. Everything was fine at home, with a small negative point: no toilet paper at all and when requested, the owner told us to buy it.
