On the outside, guests will have access to a private 5m x 3m swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, a portable barbecue, synthetic grass, four sunbeds, and two puffs.

The villa's proximity to Aroeira Golf Resort, supermarkets, restaurants, and the picturesque Fonte da Telha beach make it an ideal location for guests to enjoy a variety of activities and amenities during their stay.
With plenty of terraces to enjoy the sublime sunsets, guests will find that Villa Kamila is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The ground floor of the villa features a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining room, and a toilet.
Upstairs, guests will find three suites, each with a double bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Villa Kamila is conveniently located, with Praia Fonte da Telha beach just 3.5km away, while restaurants, Aroeira Golf, supermarkets, and other amenities are all within 1km. Guests can also easily access the nearby ATM, pharmacy, bus, train station, Costa da Caparica, Setubal, Lisbon, and Lisbon Airport, all within reasonable driving distance.
