Villa 1 is a fabulous property in the village of Mullion in the popular county of Cornwall.
This holiday home boasts stunning beach views from the balcony and has access to heated onsite swimming pools alongside plenty more facilities, so it is perfect for a family looking for a trip away.
Enter your new holiday abode into the hall, then make your way up to the fine open-plan living area.
Pick between the two sofas to sit down and sink into as you turn on holiday mode.
Battle for the TV remote to try and convince everyone your favourite show is the best, as you get accustomed to your fabulous surroundings.
After an episode of your show goes by, get some swimwear on to test out the indoor or outdoor swimming pool.
Dry off with a friendly competition of tennis or let the kids run free in the playground.
When your stomachs start to rumble, come back inside to make the most out of the fully-fitted kitchen.
Use the electric oven and hobs to make something so delicious that the smell alone draws everyone to the dining table.
After eating, look out onto the sea from the balcony and watch on with a drink as the waves serenade you. Then venture into the back garden to appreciate the beautiful scenery as the sunset approaches.
When the stars start to reflect on the sea, call it a night by making your way back downstairs.

Villa 1 consists of an open plan living space with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, dining seating for six people, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a double with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, WC and TV, a double, and a double (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and storage, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2 miles, a pub. Pets are not accepted, and this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Have a delightful seaside getaway at Villa 1.

We're thrilled to announce that the Polurrian has reopened its doors as of Friday 27th March 2026, marking an exciting new chapter in the hotel's story!
Our major extension and improvement scheme is well underway, and we are delighted to be welcoming guests throughout the remainder of the project. The works include a stunning new Function Suite (accommodating up to 120 persons), 10 new luxury bedrooms, and extensive new Wellbeing & Leisure facilities - including an Infinity Pool with a partially retractable glass roof, four Spa Treatment Rooms, and a beautiful Alfresco Dining Terrace with breathtaking views of Polurrian Cove and Mullion Island.
The main on-site works commenced in January 2026 and are scheduled for completion by March 2027. We have carefully planned each phase of the project to minimise disruption to your stay, and we will keep our guests and the local community fully updated as works progress.
