Situated between Beford and Colmworth in the small village of Revensden is this two-bedroomed traditional thatched cottage, offering off road parking for 2 cars, an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, with easy access to the beautiful rolling countryside of Befordshire and a plethora of facilities.
The property welcomes up to 4 guests and three dogs for a rural getaway.
The beautiful property offers a spacious living area to welcome you and french door opening out onto the patio area, where you’ll find plenty of room to relax.
With a double-sided wood burning stove between the living room and kitchen you can stay warm in winter while cooking up your favourite dinner or relaxing with a book.
Stylishly designed, the kitchen is equipped with all you need including sociable seating for 4 around a free-standing island, perfect for serving up those meals.
With beautiful beams throughout the property, you can feel the charm of history as you head upstairs, where you’ll find 2 generous sized double rooms with original beams and bathroom with free-standing bath for those long soaks after a busy day. This home has a kitchen/diner with a double sided woodburning stove, a sitting room, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a small ground-floor shower room with small separate WC. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine, and for entertainment, 1 Smart TV. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking. Well-behaved pets welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles, and pub in 0.2 miles. Enjoy the Bedfordshire countryside at 1 Harpur Cottages. Note: There are steps in the garden; please take care. Please be advised that one of the bedrooms has a slanted ceiling. We kindly ask that you take care when in the room. 3 dogs are welcomed. Kindly bring your own towels and toiletries.
