This older residence in Cannes la Bocca with a wonderful view over the Mediterranean is situated 50 m from the beach.

If you go 2.5 km along the beach you will reach the famous esplanade La Croisette at Cannes known for the annual film and music festivals. 3 km in the other direction you will find the nearest golf course, GOLF CLUB in Cannes Madelieu – one of 30 beautiful golf courses in the area.

In the area around the residence, you will find both shops and restaurants.

You easily reach the beach through a tunnel and a pedestrian crossing 3 min. from the main entrance of the residence.
Throughout the high season you can buy breakfast or brunch in a nice pool restaurant of the residence.

Access to 2 pools – one of them with waterslide for the children.

At the pool area both sun loungers and benches are available for the guests.

The residence was built in 1987. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor in a building with 8 floors.

It consists of: Entrance with bunk beds, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed and dining table, bathroom with tub/shower/toilet.

In the living room there is an open kitchen (from 2022). Access through a glass door to a balcony with a beautiful view over the pool area, palm trees and the Mediterranean. The living room is equipped with air conditioning.

Unfortunately there is no private parkingt.

Parking possibility approx. 200 meters from the residence.

Please notice that that the coastal railway passes in front of the residence.
