Bem situado, falta de muito cuidado dentro e entrada prédio.

Tem churrasco, o terraço é bonito.
No momento em que fomos, havia muito pormenores com falta de cuidado. Torneiras que não funcionavam como deve ser, havia televisão mas nem sequer dava para canais pois não estava ligada ao cabo coaxial. São 3 quartos e apenas 1 chuveiro. Entrada do prédio cheirava muito mal. Preço que pagamos era demasiado elevado para a qualidade. Na altura, nem vimos a sinalização "AL" obrigatória por lei.
