In den schillernden Farben des Meeres entstand 2024 die Ferienwohnung Casa Acqua Marine.
Vom hübschen Balkon schaut man über die Dächer der Marina hinaus auf das Meer.
Ein kleiner Gartenanteil direkt unterhalb der Wohnung lädt zum Relaxen ein. ******************************************************************* ENGLISH VERSION Holiday apartment Acqua Marine was redesigned in 2024 in the colors of the sea. From its lovely balcony, your gaze roams over Marina’s rooftops towards the sea. The small patch of garden right below the apartment is a lovely spot for relaxing and taking it easy. MODERNE FERIENWOHNUNG MIT LIEBE FÜR DETAILS Im Erdgeschoss eines einfachen Mehrfamilienhauses befindet sich die Casa Acqua Marine wie ein kleines, verstecktes Juwel.
Im Laufe des Jahres 2024 wurde sie rundum renoviert und komplett neu möbliert.
Auf der Etage befindet sich eine weitere Wohnung, die von ihrem Eigentümer nur für Urlaubszwecke genutzt wird.
Auch die übrigen Wohnungen (insgesamt 3 Etagen) werden meist nur zur Urlaubszeit (Sommer) bewohnt. Bei der Einrichtung der rund 50 qm Wohnfläche wurde viel Wert auf Details gelegt.
Und so fühlt man sich in der Casa Acqua Marine sofort wohl.
Der Wohnbereich und das Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, die Fenster entstammen der neusten Generation, sodass ein Aufenthalt zu jeder Jahreszeit angenehm und problemlos möglich ist. Da das zweite Schlafzimmer recht schmal und mit einem Stockbett ausgestattet ist, empfehlen wir die Belegung mit 2 Erwachsenen und max. 2 Kindern. MEERBLICKBALKON UND KLEINER GARTEN Der kleine Balkon der Casa Acqua Marine ist der Ort für große Momente.
Im Schatten des Schilfdaches genießen die Gäste Sonnenauf- und Sonnenuntergänge in den allerschönsten Farben. Direkt unterhalb des Balkons erstreckt sich ein ca. 60 qm großer Garten, der Oliven- und Feigenbäume beherbergt und exklusiv den Gästen der Casa Acqua Marine zur Verfügung steht. Das terrassierte Gelände ist zudem komplett umzäunt. Ein privater PKW-Stellplatz steht zur Verfügung.
Wer gern läuft und Steigungen nicht scheut, kann den Urlaub in der Casa Acqua Marine auch ohne Auto gestalten. AB AN DEN CALANCA-STRAND Den Gästen der Wohnung wird in den Sommermonaten ein Dauerparkschein im Hafenbereich ganz nahe an den Stränden (Calanca, San Domenico und Lentiscelle) zur Verfügung gestellt.
Wer mit dem PKW in das Ortszentrum, an den Hafen oder an den Strand möchte, muss daher nicht lange und umständlich nach einem Parkplatz suchen und keine zusätzlichen Parkgebühren zahlen. Einkäufe erledigt man in den Supermärkten, die sich im Ortseingangsbereich von Marina di Camerota befinden und von der Ferienwohnung einfach und schnell zu erreichen sind. Auch Restaurants liegen im Ortseingangsbereich sowie in den Gassen der alten Marina und entlang des Hafens.
Der Hafen ist oft Flaniermeile mit zahlreichen Verkaufsständen und wird von Juni bis September teilweise für den Verkehr gesperrt.
Dank zahlreicher Bars und Eisdielen ist hier immer etwas geboten - und das für jedes Alter. ******************************************************************** ENGLISH VERSION MODERN HOLIDAY APARTMENT WITH A LOVE FOR DETAIL Casa Acqua Marine is a small gem on the ground floor of a plain multi-family house.
In 2024, it was thoroughly renovated and completely refurnished.
The other apartment on the same floor is used by its owner only as a holiday residence and the other apartments in the 3-storey house too are mainly occupied only during vacation season (summer). You immediately feel at ease at the cozy holiday apartment.
Furnishing of the approx. 50 m² of living space shows that great attention has been paid to details.
Air conditioning in the live-and-eat-in kitchen as well as in the double bedroom and windows of the latest standard make a stay pleasant at any time of the year. As the second bedroom is very narrow and furnished with a bunk bed, we recommend occupancy of the apartment by 2 adults and max. 2 children. The apartment also features: WiFi, SAT-TV, sofa bed, fly screens, iron and ironing board, washing machine; shower with massage system and hair dryer in the bathroom. SEA VIEW BALCONY AND A SMALL GARDEN Casa Acqua Marine’s small balcony is a wonderful spot out in the open – for relaxing in the shade of the thatched roof during the day, for enjoying and delighting in the most beautiful colors of sunrise in the morning and of sunset in the evening. The ca. 60 m² patch of garden stretching out right below the balcony is home to olive and fig trees and exclusively at the disposal of guests vacationing at Casa Acqua Marine. The terraced property is completely fenced.
A parking space is available.
While vacationing at Casa Acqua Marine, you could make do without a car – provided you enjoy walking and are fit enough for uphill stretches. OFF TO CALANCA BEACH During the summer months, guests staying at the apartment are provided with a permanent parking permit for the parking lot in the harbor area (not far from the beaches: Calanca, San Domenico and Lentiscelle). This means, no hard time looking for a parking space and no parking fees, if you want to go to the town center, the harbor or the beach by car. Supermarkets where you can do your shopping and which are quickly reached by car are located at the entrance to Marina di Camerota. Restaurants are found at the entrance to town as well as in the alleys of the old part of Marina and along the harbor.
The harbor is often a promenade with numerous stalls; from June to September, it is partly closed to traffic.
There are quite a number of bars and ice cream parlors.

Wenn das WLan nach Anbieterwechsel wieder funktioniert, ist die Unterkunft optimal, v.a. weil der Weg zum Strand / zu den Stränden, dem Hafen und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gut zu Fuß ohne Auto zu machen ist. Evtl. eine Anfahrtsbeschreibung hinzufügen, da die Via Previteri bzw. die Hausnummer vo...
