This charming studio apartment for max 2-3 persons is located on the 1st floor.
It offers a living space of around 18 m2. It features a kitchenette with a queen size bed, a bathroom (shower, toilet) and a sleeping gallery (up the stairs) with bed for one person.
It is equipped with air conditioning and SAT-TV, but there is no Wi-Fi and no balcony. There is a free parking place for one car. The studio is located only 100 meters from the sea and about 1 km from the center of Baska.
There is also a restaurant, bakery and grocery shop nearby. Pets are not allowed. DISTANCES: sea: 100 m pebble beach: 100 m grocery store: 10 m city center: 1 km Additional fees (payable at location): - Registration 5 EUR / person - Child without bed (till 3 years) 5 EUR / night - Pets are not allowed Free parking place for one car available No Wi-Fi (no internet access) Please keep your accommodation clean and in order during your stay (additional cleaning is not provided). Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist sehr veraltet und nicht Zeitgemäß.

Das Apartment hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Bucht von Baska, so wie auf dem Foto von der Anzeige.
Ja es liegt etwas oberhalb von Baska in einer Ferienwohnung Siedlung aber der Weg nach Baska ins Zentrum ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar.
Schön das auch ein Parkplatz verfügbar war.
Da komme ich gerne wieder hin.
