For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in. All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool. For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own. Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen. Booking Notes The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants.
Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time. To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of 300€ is required by credit card prior to check-in. Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival and once you have paid your balance.
A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport.
It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time. Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made, and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other guests either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and of your departure for check-out.
