The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 80 m² air-conditioned house with jacuzzi for rent in Marcy-sous-Marle, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with walk-in shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200), bathroom with bathtub - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - 4-person Jacuzzi available all year round - A 50 m² south-west-facing terrace, with furniture for enjoying fine weather. The house is ideally located in Marcy-sous-Marle, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential shops are nearby (approx. 2 km), as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Familistère de Guise - Champagne cellars in Reims - Fortified churches Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 cars. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Marle sur Serre station, about 5 min by car (3 km) - Nearest airport: Paris Charles de Gaulle airport, about 1h30 away by car (135 km) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

We had a lovely stay and the place looked exactly like the pictures. It was a great base to go out and explore Montherme, Laon and Paris. Brigitte was a friendly and helpful host. The home represented great value and we very much enjoyed using the hot tub in the evening after a day of exploring. Thank you!

Hele fijne accommodatie. Super comfortabele plek van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijne slaapkamers en badkamers, alles aanwezig in de keuken en het net is een fantastische plek om te relaxen. Ook de jacuzzi en de tuin zijn luxe. Wij zouden zo terug gaan!

Merci à Brigitte pour son accueil. Nous avons profité de trois jours de déconnexion totale.
La maison est parfaite et dispose de tout ce dont avions besoin, y compris pour notre fils de 16 mois.
Le filet, le jacuzzi, les moutons, le soleil qui traverse la baie vitrée et donne une ambiance cocooning… Nous recommandons et reviendrions sans hésiter!
