The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering for rent, in the town of Villers-sur-Mer, this charming, newly refurbished (in 2024) flat with sea views, less than 50 metres from the beach, with a floor area of 35 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests.
Located on the 4th floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area… - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a pull-out bed, i.e. 2 single beds. - A bathroom with a bath and toilet Outside: - A 2 m² balcony with sea views to enjoy on sunny days The apartment is ideally situated in Villers-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Marais Nature Reserve - Villiers Beach - Casino - L’Amirauté Golf Course - Clairefontaine Racecourse - Located 11 km from Cabourg, 7 km from Deauville, 23 km from Honfleur, 40 km from Caen and 30 minutes from the D-Day beaches. - Thalasso treatments - Relaxation or water sports on Villiers Beach. - Enjoy a Thalasso treatment. - Casino, boat trips, tennis, horse racing, golf, microlight flying, paragliding... - Deauville American Film Festival. - Visits to nearby towns: Deauville, Honfleur, Caen, Tourgéville... Blick aufs Meer, Strandnähe, schöne Küche, zweckmäßige Raumaufteilung, Aufzug im Haus, eigener PKW-Stellplatz, kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker u.a. nur 150 m entfernt.
Fenster im gr. Schlafzimmer nicht zu öffnen (defekt), kein extra Unterstellplatz für Fahrräder, Waschbecken im Bad sehr klein, Bakonstühle rostig, vernünftiger Kochtopf fehlt.

Duplex du bord de mer Appartement neuf bien équipé , très bien situé , et une belle vue sur le coucher du soleil . Mais il est à noter que l'absence de store sur les velux (difficiles à ouvrir également ) des chambres n’est pas indiqué dans l’annonce et c’est assez contraignant surtout avec des enfants en bas âge qui font encore la sieste !
